Troubleshoot play store issues

Restart the deviceClick to Expand

3Scroll down and select Download Manager. Check that the app is enabled (we want the option to show as Disable)
4Select Force Stop to shut down just this app. This won't affect any information on the device. Select Force stop on the prompt to confirm.

2Select Storage at the bottom of the screen
3Check the available storage. If your device has less than 1GB of storage available, you will need to free up some space.

Remove and re-add Google AccountClick to Expand1Open the Settings and select Cloud and Accounts

3Select your Google Account
4Select Remove Account.Depending on the operating system this option may be under a 3 dot menu button on the top right hand side of the screen.
5Select Remove Account to confirm.
Any information removed in this process will be downloaded onto the device once the account is added back in.
6Select Add Account
7Select Google
8Enter your Google Account
9Enter your Google Account password
10Agree to the Google Terms and Conditions to finish
Enable All Related AppsClick to Expand

Ensure you do not have a build up of pending apps to either be downloaded or updated, this may delay the download process on your Galaxy device.

Based on the above description, it appears that you’re unable to install or update any apps from windows store.

I would suggest you to follow the steps mentioned and later update us on the status of the issue.

Method 2: If that doesn’t work, I would suggest you to perform System File to fix the corrupted system file and then check if this fixes the issue.

b. Type “cmd” without quotes in the search box.

c. On the left pane, right click on the “cmd” option and select “Run as Administrator”.
